On November 2nd, our school, along with the other Greek-American schools in New York City, was invited to participate in a liturgy at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in Manhattan.  The service celebrated His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros’s name day.  Our 7th graders represented our school beautifully.

For their first trip of the school year, our 8th graders visited the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. It was a wonderful learning experience that they will remember for years to come.

The St. Nicholas Ladies of Philoptochos collected 3105 books for the children’s book drive.  Our 8th grade students helped count, sort, and box the books that will be donated to St. Mary’s hospital and schools in Corona.
