On Thursday, October 26th, we started the day with Church where we celebrated the feast of St. Demetrios and prayed together as a school. In the afternoon, parents, teachers and students in grades 3-5 attended a beautiful assembly where the stars were our second grade Spyropoulites. They did a phenomenal job commemorating the heroic events of October 28, 1940 and that very important time in Greek history. During the assembly, we also enjoyed beautiful, emotionally fortified patriotic songs sung by our students from third to eighth grade. Congratulations to all our students and our Greek and Music teachers for a job very well done and a collaboration that filled us with pride and awe. Και του χρόνου!
